Nancy Pelosi On Trump’s Latest Sexual Assault Allegation

Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the US House of Representatives opened her thoughts over the recent Sexual Assault against Trump. Earlier, this month US daily paper published the story of Trump’s sexual assault on E. Jean Carroll.

The sexual Assault allegation triggered the political waves in the US. However, US President Donald Trump has denied the allegation raised by E. Jean Carroll. Further, he went on saying as he does not even know who E. Jean Carroll is and never meet her.

Trump’s response to Sexual Assault Allegation

In an interview, Trump completely denied the allegation that rose over the sexual Assault on E. Jean Carroll in the 1990s. In addition, he went on saying as “The sexual assault” made against him to gain popularity.

The New York Magazine has quoted the incident mentioned by E. Jean Carroll on her upcoming book. Trump, pointed that and said as its cheap marketing tactics to increase the sales of her book.

The house speaker Nancy Pelosi at a press conference said as “I don’t think the Congress enough room to discuss/investigate over the sexual assault”.

I don’t know. But I respect her, I don’t know what Congress’s role would be in this,” Pelosi said. On the recently held weekly press conference, the speaker Nancy Pelosi conveyed this.

Meanwhile, a few days ago the columnist E. Jean Carroll raised sexual assault against the US president. In her allegation, she mentioned as “Trump sexually assaulted her in a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman in the Mid-1990s”.

History of Sexual Assault allegation against Trump

This is not the first time, US President Donald Trump facing such sexual assault allegations. So far, around 16 women accused Trump of sexually assaulting them. However, the allegation raised by E. Jean Carroll is something near to rape allegations. On her statement, she said as “Trump forcibly penetrated her during the attack”.
