Pamela Anderson and her new husband Jon Peters has called it quits and split soon after their secret wedding. It may be remembered that they had decided to be together at a secret wedding just around two weeks ago.
They were married on January 20 and just after 12 days, they decided to uncouple after the hush-hush marriage that took place in Malibu. However, they had not applied for the marriage certificate after the wedding, said a source who has the inside information of Pamela Anderson and her life.
“I have been moved by the warm reception to Jon and my union,…We would be very grateful for your support as we take some time apart to re-evaluate what we want from life and from one another. Life is a journey and love is a process. With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to put off the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process. Thank you for respecting our privacy.” stated the Baywatch actress in a statement.
We tried reaching out to Peters who did not want to comment. It may be worthwhile to notice that both of them have been married four times each before this one, and had once dated over 30 years ago. They had reunited just a few months before, and the relationship was kept under covers all the while.
The split has been quite abrupt and there are no apparent reasons attributed to the split. Anderson straightaway moved to her native in Canada soon after announcing the split.
